This local Iowa bison farm was looking to build a new welcome center for their agrotourism business. This center was designed to incorporate local materials as well as existing site constraints (keeping a historic foundation already on site).

This facility will not only be a welcome center for visitors but also be capable of being a winter oasis for the owners to grow fresh produce for their table and allow them to experiment with hydroponics.

Agrotourism is a great way to add value to a small farm.
